Great customer service team
We were fortunate to work with Tyson, who answered all of our questions and concerns relating to our project. He gave us a level of confidence we haven't found with other geodome systems, and was thorough in responses. He and his team were able to answer many technical questions that other companies weren't capable of doing.
Looking forward to finding another project to share with them soon!

Great Quality and Customer Service - Stargazer Unit
I ordered 4 Stargazer Units to add onto our Glamping Site. The units arrived and were easy to assemble with their Installation Manual and customer service team. I was very happy with the quality of the products and the overall experience with the Luna Team.

Great overall experience with the team at Luna Glamping. I ordered five 8M Stargazer units for our resort and I couldn't have been happier with the quality and service from Luna. Very happy with the quality of the domes
In the early spring I had purchased 5 Luna Glamping domes from Tyson. He had mentioned that the quality was very good, which it is. There was some delay with the COVID, but Tyson worked on getting it here as quick as he could. Other that it being delayed because of COVID, very happy with the domes and the product. Amazing service and knowledge
We are looking at purchasing a dome for our home in Calgary to use as a home office and spare bedroom. I contacted Tyson and the Luna Glamping team and even though I didn't really know what we were looking for Tyson took the time to walk through all the details of the structures. I was amazed at the depth of knowledge the team has on different options and how we could get the dome we want with the interior that made the most sense for our place.

Forget shopping around and purchase from Luna Glamping!
Luna Glamping is very trusting, easy to work with and responsive to questions. Do not think because they are Canadian based has any impact on purchasing or receiving the Dome - they make it a simple process.
The dome itself comes with 'easy to follow instructions type kit' that is attached with the shipment. Once you have gotten the dome up you will be amazed at how sturdy it is and the available space.... and let's not forget about the Stargazer's spectacular view.
Very pleased and would strongly recommend to anyone in the States or anywhere! Forget shopping around and purchase from Luna Glamping!

Fantastic price, value and support!
We compared competing products and found the quality, price and included features on Luna Domes to be superior. We submitted order for a 10m done and received prompt and efficient response. We're a full time RV family approaching the first of several properties with RV pad and buildout. These domes are perfect in their flexibility of configuration, stability and setup. We've had delays on infrastructure installs on our property and Luna has been flexible and worked with us every step of the way. Don't waste your time piecing together other domes...you'll pay too much.

Top notch quality and service
I recently purchased a 6m dome and although faced with a global pandemic I received my dome in a timely fashion. During the build I had numerous questions on best practice and Tyson was available all the way through making me confident in my decisions. As for the dome, I am very pleased with the quality, attention to detail, and how the unit was packaged and shipped. Highly recommend these domes to anyone looking for a second home or getting into the rental business.

I had the pleasure of conversing with Tyson regarding our 9m dome purchase for our future glamping business. He was very patient and helpful from the start. He sent many examples and answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. He helped me design my own dome, and even after finding out that the bank had taken 6% in wiring fees, he kindly offered to cover the cost at a loss to his business! Not only did he make me feel confident and excited about our geodome journey, but he went above and beyond in customer service.
